Elkins Park is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Elkins Park follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I almost don't want to sing the praises of this place for fear the secret of its existence will get out. Three lanes dedicated to lap swimming (limit 2 people per lane). Big space for kids (and separate gated wading pool for young children in swim diapers). Excellent maintenance and oversight of both water cleanliness and the many high quality deck chairs and umbrellas. I especially appreciate that the staff are always nice. My only complaint is the lack of a water fountain to refill bottles. My only thing I miss from my previous swim club is the bathing suit spinner. I think their diving board pool would be much improved by installing dive zone buoy lanes so that the next person would not have to wait so long and people could dive from pool edge outside the diving board zone.

Not a great space for families in my opinion. There are much better spaces around the area. I rarely write reviews, but the complete lack of basic human decency I witnessed here deserves one. My group visited the pool club shortly after my 18-year-old friend and his younger sister had lost their sole remaining parent. They and the parent were pool club members in the complex. We brought four friends total, hoping for a gentle afternoon to give the kids some normalcy and support. We were immediately informed there is a strict maximum of 4 guests -- and the staff member on duty refused any exception whatsoever. Of course, I couldn't ruin all the kids days so I let the kids’ friends go in instead of myself. I even explained I wouldn't use the pool at all, if they simple let me in to help supervise. Instead, they preferred a grieving 18-year-old to single-handedly watch five kids. When my friend provided his name, the staff member literally skipped over the page and said his sister wasn't on the list and couldn't come in until she had it explained that sisters and brothers can have different last names. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no willingness to make a reasonable ac

The pool is nice but the clientele sucks… Both times that I have been here this season the pool had to close for 12 hours because someone DEFECATED in it!!!! The first time was the kiddie pool, and though I don’t agree with it, I understand that kids that are not potty trained yet are allowed there. This time was the OLYMPIC SIZE pool! In my opinion, as a member, anyone that has that accident or had a child that does in the BIG pool should lose their membership.

This swim club is not only beautiful, it’s reasonably priced, the staff is respectful, courteous, and helpful. They keep it nice and run a tight ship. My only regret is that I didn’t find it sooner. Now that I’m a member, I plan on spending a lot of time there.

Well maintained and staffed facility. Olympic-size pool with lifeguards and very clean. Water condition is constantly monitored for pH and cleanliness. Definitely worth visiting!
